Tinkerbell
Tinkerbell is one of the six cottages on the Balnaboth Estate in Glenprosen. It's a one-bedroom place, so it's just for two people. The estate is properly quiet and out of the way. You'll see red squirrels and deer about.
The cottage has a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. It's open plan downstairs with a woodburning stove. The bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom. There's a washing machine and parking right outside. You can bring one dog.
You're on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park here. You can walk straight out from the door onto the estate land. The River Prosen runs through it if you fancy fishing. For skiing, Glen Shee is about a 40-minute drive.
Kirriemuir is the nearest town, about nine miles away. That's where you'll find the shop. Dundee is under an hour's drive if you want museums or a city day. The Angus coast with its fishing towns is about 45 minutes.
