Quay Cottage Bewdley

Quay Cottage is in Bewdley, right on the riverbank. It's not isolated, it's part of a small row of cottages. You get a good view of the water.

It sleeps three. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's been updated properly. The stairs are like most in these older cottages, a bit steeper than you'd get in a new house.

The town centre is a few minutes' walk away. There's a Co-op for groceries, and a few pubs and restaurants along the riverfront. The cottage has a washing machine, good WiFi, and parking for one car on the street outside is usually fine. You can bring up to two dogs.

For local walks, the Severn Valley Country Park is good. The National Trust has a few places nearby, like Hanbury Hall. If you're into steam trains, the Severn Valley Railway starts in Bewdley and goes up to Bridgnorth.

If you drive, you can get to Kidderminster, the Wyre Forest, and the Malvern Hills all within half an hour. Birmingham is about 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Everything's included: bedding, towels, electricity. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
