Molalatau Lodge is near Lairg, in the Scottish Highlands. It's a detached lodge, sits by itself. Sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well kept.
The main living space is open plan. There's a wood burning stove. It's a good spot to sit after a day out. There's a boot room for your coats and boots, which is handy.
Outside, there's a big deck. The garden has a barbecue hut and a sauna. There's a toilet out there too. You'll see a totem pole in the garden. The previous owner put it there.
It's a rural spot. Lairg village is a short drive for basics. For a big shop, you'd go to Tain or Alness. The coast at Dornoch is about 25 miles.
If you like walking or fishing, it's right there. For a boat trip, you can go out on Loch Shin. Historic sites like Ardvreck Castle are within about a 45 minute drive. There's golf at Bonar Bridge and Lairg.
Facilities: Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for a few cars on site. You can bring one dog.
