Rose Cottage Yarm

Rose Cottage is on Yarm High Street. It's a one-up-one-down for two people. You get an off-road parking space in the shared courtyard round the back.

Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a kitchen area, a table, and a sitting area with a TV and an electric stove. The ceiling is beamed, which you'd expect. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and a TV, and the bathroom which has a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep and narrow.

You're right on the high street, so there are plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops a minute's walk away. The river is at the bottom of the town if you fancy a walk. The spot they call 'True Lovers Walk' is along there.

For a day out, the North York Moors are about half an hour's drive east. The coast is about the same distance north. Stockton is ten minutes away if you need bigger shops.

In terms of what's here, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. It accepts up to two dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger in the courtyard.
