Buttercup Cottage Yarm

Buttercup Cottage is on the high street in Yarm. It's a small place, sleeps two people in one bedroom. It's labelled as a 4 Star property, which in this case means the finish is very new and modern.

You open the front door straight into the main room. It's open plan, with the kitchen, lounge, and a dining table all in one space. Everything is new. There's a smart TV on the wall. The kitchen has a dishwasher.

Upstairs is the bedroom. It's got a double bed, another TV, and a dressing table. The bathroom is up there too. It has both a separate shower cubicle and a free-standing bath.

Parking is in a shared courtyard at the back. There's an electric vehicle charger.

Being on the high street means you're right among the pubs, restaurants, and shops. You can walk to everything in the town. The River Tees is a two minute walk away if you fancy a stroll.

For a day out, you're about twenty minutes by car from the edge of the North York Moors National Park. The coast, places like Saltburn-by-the-Sea, is roughly half an hour's drive. Stockton-on-Tees is ten minutes away if you need a bigger supermarket or the cinema.
