Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and a TV. There's also a dressing table. The bathroom has both a free-standing bath and a separate shower cubicle.

Parking is off-road in a shared courtyard at the back. There's an electric vehicle charger.

You're right in the middle of Yarm. All the pubs, restaurants and shops are a few steps away. It can be busy during the day and at weekends. For a quieter walk, the River Tees and Lovers Walk are just down the road.

If you want to get out, the North York Moors are about a 30 minute drive north. The coast, places like Saltburn-by-the-Sea or Redcar, is about the same drive east. Stockton-on-Tees and Middlesbrough are close by for bigger shops.

Facilities include WiFi, all bedding and towels, a cot and a highchair. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs.
