This is Manor Farm Cottage. It's on the edge of a farm just outside Appleton Wiske in North Yorkshire. It's a detached stone cottage, so you've got your own space.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms which helps with the morning queue. One of them is an en-suite with a roll-top bath. The stairs are a normal cottage staircase.
The kitchen is a good size and has a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table is big. There's a wood burner in the living room, and we leave you some logs to get started.
Outside, there's a patio area with a table and a BBQ. The garden looks out over the fields. There's also a hot tub at the bottom of the garden.
The village pub is about a mile away. They do food. The market town of Northallerton is a short drive. That's where you'll find the main shops, supermarkets, and the train station.
You're in a good spot for getting out. The North York Moors National Park is about a 30 minute drive. Places like Helmsley and Thirsk are within that range too. The coast at Saltburn or Whitby is roughly half an hour by car. York is about an hour's drive south.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right by the cottage.
