Number 5 is in Pevensey Bay. It's an end of terrace house, about five minutes walk from the beach. That's a shingle beach, by the way. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The parking is on the drive at the front.
The kitchen has what you need. Washing machine, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV.
For the history, Pevensey Castle is about a mile away. It's a English Heritage site. You can just walk from the cottage. Pevensey Castle.
Eastbourne is a ten minute drive along the coast. They've got the pier, the Towner gallery, and all the shops. Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters cliffs are just past it. Good walking there. The South Downs National Park authority site has maps.
If you turn the other way, Bexhill-on-Sea is about fifteen minutes. They've got the De La Warr Pavilion. Hastings and the historic Old Town are about half an hour's drive.
You can take two dogs. There's a local pub within walking distance.
