Beck Brow Cottage
Beck Brow Cottage is in Bootle, Cumbria. It's in the village, near the shop, but you get your own garden. The garden is enclosed and there's a shed you can put bikes in.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs is all open plan. There's a wood burner in the living area. The kitchen has what you need. There's also a utility room with a washing machine and a downstairs toilet.
Bootle is quiet. You're about a mile from the coast one way and the fells the other. Black Combe and Whitfell are right there if you want to walk. For a bigger beach, you'd drive about five miles.
If you want the busier lakes, Coniston Water and Lake Windermere are less than an hour's drive. Same for places like the Lake District Coast Aquarium or the South Lakes Safari Zoo.
The facilities are straightforward. Stairgate, WiFi, bedding and towels are all included. You can bring up to two dogs.
