Beck Brow Cottage
Beck Brow Cottage is in Bootle in west Cumbria. It's a semi-detached cottage with its own garden. It's simple and clean, it's got a 3 Star rating.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one with twin beds. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs is all open plan. There's a wood burner, which is good on a cooler evening. The kitchen has what you need. There's also a utility room with a washing machine and a toilet.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a shed in the garden you can use for bikes.
The village is quiet. There's a local shop. The sea is about a mile away, and the fells start right behind you. The big hill you can see is Black Combe. It's good walking and cycling country without many crowds.
If you want the busier Lakes, Coniston Water and Windermere are about a 45 minute drive. The South Lakes Safari Zoo and the Lakes Aquarium are in that direction too.
For facilities: there's wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a stairgate if you need it. Bedding and towels are included.
