The Stable is in Marloes, right at the western edge of Pembrokeshire. It used to be a stone stable block on the farm, and we converted it. The big thing about it is the view. You can see right across to Ramsey Island and St Davids from the front.
It sleeps seven, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, with stone floors and a wood burner. The wi-fi is fine for normal use.
You have your own garden. There's a gate from it that leads straight into a wildflower field. At the far end of that field is a stile onto the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. You can walk down to Marloes Sands from there in about fifteen minutes. It's a beautiful, wide beach.
There's a local pub in the village, about a mile away. They do food. For shops, you'll want Haverfordwest or Milford Haven, which are about a twenty-minute drive.
St Davids is a fifteen-minute drive. It's the smallest city, with the cathedral and some good places to eat. You can get boat trips out to Ramsey Island from there. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park website has good walking ideas. The National Trust in Wales looks after a lot of the coastline nearby too.
Facilities: everything you'd expect is there. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. We can take one well-behaved dog. There's also an electric vehicle charger.
