The Print Studio is in Compton, in West Sussex. It's just outside the village, on our land. You've got your own cottage and garden.
It's a one-bedroom place for two people. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean. The Owners are graphic designers, so there are a lot of prints on the walls, some from around here and some from Asia.
There's a south-facing terrace out the front for your morning coffee. The side garden gets the afternoon sun. You might see our bantam chickens wandering about, and there are sheep in the fields behind.
You park your car in an open garage at the back. From there, you can walk straight out onto public bridleways and onto the South Downs.
The local shop and the village pub are about a mile away.
Uppark House is very close, maybe a five-minute drive. It's a National Trust place up on the ridge with good views. The gardens were designed by Capability Brown. You can find out more on their site: National Trust Uppark.
Petersfield is about seven miles off. It's a nice old market town with a square, some decent pubs, and shops.
You can get to the Queen Elizabeth Country Park in about twenty minutes by car. That's where Butser Hill is, the highest point in Hampshire. The South Downs National Park website has walking information: South Downs National Park.
Facilities: There's a washing machine, TV, shower, and bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site. There's bike storage if you need it. No pets, sorry.
