Sunbury Cottage is in Clanfield, Hampshire. It's a bungalow on a quiet private lane. Honestly, the best bit is the conservatory. It looks out over the courtyard garden and you'll probably end up spending most of your time in there.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. One bathroom with a shower cubicle. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, and it's easy to live in.
The garden is all yours. There's parking on the drive.
The local pub is about 200 yards away. There's also a shop and a couple of takeaways just as close, which is handy. For a good walk, you're on the doorstep of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park. There are miles of trails. Butser Hill is right there too, if you fancy the view.
For things a bit further out, Petersfield is a ten minute drive. Portsmouth is about twenty minutes. You've got the harbour, the Spinnaker Tower, and all that at Gunwharf Quays. The beaches at Hayling Island or West Wittering are about half an hour.
If you like history, the National Trust places are all within range. Goodwood, Petworth House, and Uppark are worth a visit. The Weald & Downland Living Museum is good for a wet day.
The place comes with a dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi. TV. Bedding and towels are included. Highchair if you need it. We accept up to three pets. There's an outside tap for cleaning bikes.
