Sgubor Fach is in Penybonfawr in Powys. It's a detached barn conversion. It's quiet. You're basically in the middle of fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with double beds, and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and new. You'll find it warm and dry.
The village is a short walk away. There's a shop and a pub that does evening meals. It's a proper local.
You're in the Tanat Valley. The Berwyn mountains are right there for walking. Lake Vyrnwy and the Llanrhaeadr waterfall are close by. Both are worth a visit.
Llanfyllin is about five miles away for more shops and cafes. Welshpool is half an hour's drive if you want to see Powis Castle. Snowdonia National Park is only a few miles to the west.
The place has a patio with a barbecue, looking out over the fields. It's a good spot in the evening. Inside, there's underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Wi-Fi is included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
