This lovely modern holiday home is set on the edge of Woodhall Spa just a half mile stroll back into the centre of this popular spa town.
Whether you want a perfect touring base for discovering Lincolnshire from or ideal for simply sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet from your own private hot tub then this is the holiday home for you. Set over three floors with a large lawned enclosed garden for the children to play on and a patio made for alfresco dining and enjoying the evening sun with the hot tub under the cover of a gazebo to one side this will be popular with families and couples alike.
Woodhall Spa has many good team rooms, restaurants and pubs for refreshment as well as an open-air heated swimming pool and the unique Kinema in The Woods for a night at the cinema. Golfers will enjoy the challenge of 18 holes of golf at The National Golf Centre the home of the English Golf Union. Just a 20-minute drive takes you into the City of Lincoln which has many attractions such as its famous Cathedral, Castle, vibrant Brayford Waterside area and popular Bail Gate area with its boutique shops and many good restaurants and bars. To the east about a 35-minute drive is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness.
For days out by car, on foot or by bicycle, the Lincolnshire Wolds, which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is close by. From the doorstep are good walks and cycle routes, and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight for WWII enthusiasts is at Coningsby, just a 15-minute drive. The annual Woodhall Spa WWII weekend is very popular with enthusiasts and the public as the town is transformed back to the 1940’s. Shops, pubs and restaurant ¾ mile.
