Lynton House

This good-sized cottage has space for all the family to spread out and enjoy with a large garden over an acre in size to explore, including an unfenced pond. The local pub is just a ¼ mile along the lane with the sandy beaches of the east coast 5 miles’ drive away. With the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells and Butlins all within 15 minutes’ drive this is a great location for a family holiday with something for everyone to enjoy.
Gunby Hall is a National Trust sight less than 10 minutes’ drive with the market towns of Alford, Horncastle and Louth all within half an hour. The Lincolnshire Wolds offers many miles of lovely walks and cycle routes with village tea rooms and pubs along your journey for refreshment. Nearby Burgh-le-Marsh, 2 miles, has a good range of shops, takeaways and pubs serving food.
Lynton House has a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors opening out onto the south-facing patio and rear garden. A separate snug with a wood burner and TV means there is somewhere to sit quietly and detox from the past days or days ahead if you need to, and with two bathrooms there is no need to queue for facilities in the mornings. Beach 5 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub ¼ mile. .
