This detached lodge is set alongside the river on the edge of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds with views over the water even from your bed. You can watch the river flow by as you relax in your own private hot tub.

The area is abundant with wildlife with kingfishers, grey wagtail, otters and deer all frequently spotted in the grounds and along this stretch of river.

Located in a charming village 4 miles from the Georgian market town of Louth and just 12 miles from the coast with incredible sandy beaches where you can enjoy miles of walks, as well as visiting traditional seaside towns and the resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe. Louth has been hailed as a ‘food mecca’ by The Hairy Bikers, or you can stroll ¼ mile along the river bank to the nearby pub known locally as ‘The Splash’ for good food and drink, and enjoy the beer garden next to the river. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
