Tanyard Cottages 1

Tan Yard Cottages have all been lovingly converted from old farm buildings to create spacious, luxury accommodation overlooking Waltham Golf Course. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a spacious, open-plan living space with exposed oak beams and bi-folding doors opening onto the patio which overlooks the golf course. To the front of the cottages is a gravelled courtyard, which offers further seating and leads onto a nature garden full of wild flowers and reclaimed items from the old buildings being re-purposed to encourage wildlife and insects.

Nearby Waltham, a mile away, has a range of shops, a post office, two pubs serving food and also two cafés, which offer excellent homemade food and cakes. For days out, visit the traditional seaside resort of Cleethorpes, follow the meandering coast road south towards Mablethorpe, head into the Lincolnshire Wolds for excellent walks and cycling, or visit the cities of Lincoln or Hull. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door and an 18-hole golf course close by.
