Tealby is one of the most sought-after villages in The Lincolnshire Wolds with excellent walks, cycle routes and a superb, thatched pub for refreshment after a day on your travels.
Lovingly renovated by the owner Mulberry Cottage oozes quality and comfort with lovely open views across the rolling hills to the rear. Open plan living space on the ground floor. The kitchen flows through into the dining area and then the living space with a wood burner for cosy nights in and bi-fold doors that open onto a deck for your morning coffee or alfresco dining as you take in the view across the hills. The owners have thoughtfully provided luxurious toiletries and a welcome pack with milk, bread, freshly baked goodies and a bottle of wine, alongside cleaning supplies such as dishwasher tablets and washing capsules. Outside there is a hot and cold shower for dirty dogs, with towels for your four-legged friend inside.
Lincoln is only 20 minutes’ drive away where you can enjoy days out visiting the stunning Cathedral, the Castle and the boutique shops, team rooms, bars, and restaurants all to be found in the Bailgate area. Market Rasen Racecourse is 10 minutes away with the Georgian market Town of Louth 15 mins drive and the sandy beaches of the east coast with the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe all about 40 minutes away for days out.
The area is full of good walks and cycle routes many straight from the cottage and with a lovely deck to relax on afterwards or stroll to the village pub for good food and drink. Shop 200 yards and pub 500 yards.
