Set within the 11-acre grounds of Wyberton House, the apartments take their name, The Woad Mill, from their original use when the whole estate was a Woad Farm with worker’s cottages and the mill. Each apartment has been furnished with comfort and quality in mind and offers a superb base for touring or a relaxing break. Both properties provide dressing gowns and have one parking space each.

Locally there are seaside beaches, RSPB marshland reserves such as Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore, the Lincolnshire Wolds - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the stunning cathedral city of Lincoln, market towns and historic Boston.
