This is Tull. It's one of four barns here at Lower Ledge Farm in Dyrham. They were done up a few years ago. It's a 5 Star place, so it's comfortable and everything works.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. The main thing is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Makes life easier if you're here with friends or a few families. It's all on the ground floor too, so if stairs are an issue for anyone, it's sorted. There's a step-free entrance.
Outside, you've got your own patio with a BBQ and garden furniture. There's parking right outside the barn.
The kitchen is open plan with the living area. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. TV and WiFi are there. We include all the bedding and towels.
You can bring two dogs. The garden isn't fully enclosed, so you'd need to keep an eye on them if they're runners.
Location wise, it's quiet. You're in the countryside but it's not remote. There's a shop and a pub about a mile away in Dyrham village. The M4 is five minutes drive, which makes getting around straightforward.
Bath is about eight miles. You can be parked up there in 20 minutes. From there, you're on the edge of the Cotswolds. Tetbury and Castle Combe are about 25 minutes by car. For a longer day out, you can get to Stonehenge or the Mendip Hills in under an hour.
