This is Budding. It's one of four barn conversions at Lower Ledge Farm, in Dyrham. It's semi-detached, so you share a wall with the neighbour, but you have your own garden and parking.
It sleeps eight. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms. That means everyone gets their own bathroom, which is useful. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two of those have en-suites. The fourth bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-finished.
The kitchen is open plan. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, and a patio with a BBQ for when it's sunny. The garden is enclosed. We accept up to two dogs.
It's a rural spot. The closest shop and pub are about a mile away in Dyrham. It's a good location for getting around. You're five minutes from the M4. Bath is about eight miles east. It's a straightforward drive. The National Trust has a lot of information about the city and its history.
You're on the edge of the Cotswolds. Tetbury and Castle Combe are about 25 minutes by car. For a longer day out, you can get to Glastonbury, Wells, or the Cheddar Gorge in around 40 minutes. Stonehenge is within an hour's drive. The Cotswolds website has walking routes and village guides.
In terms of facilities, it's all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, TV. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the ground floor is all on one level.
