Right, so Bramley Barn. It's in Wick, just outside Bristol. It's a converted barn, so it's big. Sleeps up to 23 people, which is a lot. It's mostly one big open space downstairs for everyone to be together.
There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable for a group that size. The stairs are a bit steep in parts, because it's an old barn, but they're fine.
The garden has a patio with a BBQ, a firepit, and a hot tub. You can park about ten cars on the drive.
There's a local pub a few minutes walk away. For anything else, you'll need to drive. Bath city centre is about a 15-minute drive. Bristol is about the same, maybe 20 minutes. They've both got everything you'd need.
If you want to go sightseeing, you're in a good spot. Lacock village is about 20 minutes away. It's a National Trust place and they use it for filming a lot. Castle Combe is similar, really pretty. Both are worth a trip.
Bath is the main draw, obviously. The Roman Baths, the architecture, the shops. It's all there. For a day out further afield, Longleat, Avebury, or Stonehenge are all within an hour's drive.
In terms of what's here, it's got a big dining table, a fully fitted kitchen with an island, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
