Shepley Mews is a terraced cottage in Old Glossop. It's new, built in 2018, so everything works as it should. Sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The back garden is enclosed. There's a hot tub out there. It's a proper four-person one.
You're right on the edge of the Peak District National Park. You can walk from the door into the hills. Manor Park is a two minute walk away. It's got a play area for kids, tennis courts, a bowling green, and some woodland paths.
There's a pub about five minutes walk away. They do food. There's an Indian restaurant above it. Glossop town centre is under a mile. It's a proper working town with shops and supermarkets, but you're in the countryside in minutes.
You can drive to Hayfield in about ten minutes. That's good for walking up onto Kinder Scout. Edale, where the Pennine Way starts, is about half an hour by car. Castleton, with its caves like Blue John Cavern, is also around thirty minutes away. So is Buxton, if you fancy the Pavilion Gardens or the Opera House.
The train station in Glossop gets you into Manchester in about thirty minutes if you need a city day.
Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
