Tawny Cottage
Tawny Cottage is in Hadley End, just outside the village of Yoxall. It's part of a group of three cottages around a courtyard. You get your own garden, with seating, that looks out onto fields.
The cottage sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which in this case basically means it's well-finished. Everything's in good order.
The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We've also got a cot, highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. Parking is right there. There's wifi.
There's a local shop and a pub about a mile away in the village. They're both perfectly fine.
You're right in the National Forest here, so walking from the door is easy. The Peak District National Park is about a half hour drive north. Cannock Chase is closer, maybe 20 minutes. For a good family day out, Alton Towers is roughly 25 minutes away.
A few other places within about 30 minutes: the National Memorial Arboretum is near Burton upon Trent. Lichfield has its cathedral. For a nice walk, the National Trust's Dovedale stepping stones are a popular spot.

No pets, I'm afraid. The cottage is one of three, so you might see other guests in the courtyard, but the garden is private.
