The Row
The Row is in Much Marcle, out in the Herefordshire countryside. The views are good, you can see the Malvern Hills from here.
It sleeps ten, which is a lot. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got that 5 Star rating which means it's well done, everything's in good order. We live next door in the other half of the building, so we're on hand if you need anything.
The garden is yours to use. There's parking on the drive for a couple of cars.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs because of a big oak extension they built. It feels spacious. The stairs are normal stairs. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
In the village, there's a restaurant about a five minute walk away. The pub is a bit further, maybe a twenty minute walk. The closest shop is in Ledbury, about three miles.
For things to do, Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye are nice market towns. Eastnor Castle is about 20 minutes by car. The Forest of Dean is great if you're into walking or cycling, it's about half an hour's drive. Hereford, Malvern, and Gloucester are all within 40 minutes or so.
