The Cider Mill Cottage is on our farm, just south of Ludlow. It's detached, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. You look out over our garden and the meadows.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. The shower is electric.
The main thing is the dining area. There's a big, old cider mill press still in there. It doesn't work, it's just part of the building. The living room has the original external granary steps built into one wall. The stairs inside are normal.
You can walk straight out from the door into the lanes. The local pub is about half a mile away, they do food. There's a shop the same distance.
Ludlow is about ten minutes by car. That's where the castle is, and the good food shops. The Teme Valley is good for fishing if that's your thing. Hereford is about half an hour away. The Mortimer Forest is nearby for walking.
For facilities: there's a wood burner, a BBQ, a washing machine, and parking right outside. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to three dogs.
