Howards End
Howards End is a barn in Middleton on the Hill in Herefordshire. It's detached, so it's on its own, but it's near our house. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids.
It sleeps six, but in two bedrooms. One is a double, the other has bunk beds and another double bed. So it's really set up for a family. There's one bathroom with a shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. We've tried to make it nice but not fussy. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Towels and bedding are included. We've got a cot, highchair, and stairgate too.
The local pub is about a mile and a half walk down the lane. It's a proper walk, so you'll want a torch if you're going in the evening. The nearest shops are in Leominster, about four miles away.
You're right in the countryside here. There are walks straight from the door. The National Trust's Berrington Hall is two miles away for a visit. Ludlow is about 20 minutes' drive if you want restaurants and a castle. Leominster is good for antiques. Tenbury Wells is a quiet market town.
