It's very quiet out here. You'll need a car. The nearest pub is about two miles, a shop is two and a half. Blandford Forum is two miles away for most things you'll need.
You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
For walks, the North Dorset Trailway is good for cycling. The Jurassic Coast is about half an hour's drive. There are several National Trust places nearby, like Kingston Lacy. The New Forest is also within easy reach.
