Meadow Cottage
Meadow Cottage is on the outskirts of Blandford Forum. It's one of a few cottages here. It's set back from the road and looks out over fields. You get your own patio garden.
It's just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept. Everything is on one level, so no stairs to worry about.
It's quiet out here. You'll need a car. The nearest pub is about two miles away in Blandford. The town has shops, cafes, and a decent museum if you like military history. Kingston Lacy House, which is National Trust, is a short drive away and worth a visit: National Trust Kingston Lacy.
Within half an hour you can be at the coast. The Jurassic Coast around Lulworth is about 18 miles. Poole and Bournemouth are in the other direction, about the same distance.
The cottage has a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
