Meadow Cottage is one of two cottages on site, just outside Blandford Forum. It’s peaceful, mostly just fields around. You're sharing the grounds with one other cottage, but each gets its own private garden area. This one faces south-west, so you get the sun in the evening.
It’s a one-bedroom cottage for two people. Straightforward layout, all on one level. The rating is four star, so it’s comfortable and well equipped. You can bring two dogs. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The kitchen and living space is open plan. Outside, there's a patio with a table and chairs and a barbecue. Parking is right outside the door.
For basics, the nearest shop is about two and a half miles away. The closest pub is two miles, and there's a restaurant about a mile and a half down the road.
If you want to explore, Blandford Forum is two miles in. It's a proper market town with shops and a few museums. The coast, around Poole or Weymouth, is about 18 miles, so you need to drive.
