The Stables is on our farm in Devauden, Monmouthshire. It's a converted stable block, so it's detached. It's quiet here. You'll see the fields and a lot of sky.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. The rating is 3 Star, which is accurate. It's comfortable and clean without being fancy.
Outside, you've got your own patio with a table and a BBQ. There's a shared bit of grass for kids to run around on, with a swing and a slide. You can park right outside the door.
Inside, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. The WiFi works. We include all the bedding. There's a cot and a highchair in the cupboard if you need them.
The place is on a working farm. You'll hear tractors sometimes, mostly during the day. You might see our sheep in the field next door.
For walks, you're right on the edge of the Wye Valley. The Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty site has maps. Tintern Abbey is about a 20-minute drive. Cadw run it. You can be in Monmouth or Chepstow in under half an hour.
We don't allow pets, sorry.
