Percy Park Apartment

It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. The ceilings are high and the front room is big. The kitchen was new in 2021, so it has things like a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
You're about 200 yards from Longsands beach. It's a good, long beach. The town centre is three or four minutes walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes there.
You can walk along the promenade all the way to Whitley Bay. The Spanish City building is there. Tynemouth has a weekend market in the metro station. It's popular.
North Shields Fish Quay is nearby. They have seafood restaurants there.
The metro station is a short walk. It goes into Newcastle city centre in about 20 minutes. From there you can get to the Quayside, the Baltic art gallery, and the Sage music venue.
If you have a car, Northumberland is about an hour up the coast. You can see English Heritage castles and Alnwick Castle. The Angel of the North is on the way.
Facilities: everything in the list is there. WiFi, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.
