Impressive, detached property within its own spacious grounds which benefits from a spectacular rural location in Dolanog, in an exceedingly pretty stretch of the Vyrnwy valley.

Completely renovated and refurbished in 2021, this property is attractively and tastefully presented throughout. The views from the upstairs rooms across the valley are spectacular. The spacious living room provides a comfortable sofa, wood burner and Smart TV for your enjoyment. There is also a small break away room, suitable for listening to music or watching TV, together with a pool table and wii games console. If you enjoy cooking, then you will enjoy this fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner, with doors opening onto your very own lawned area and large patio with a covered hot tub, providing the perfect relaxation to take you into the evening.

There are 3 bathrooms at this property, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, two of theses feature walk in showers. There are four bedrooms, two kingsize beds and two small doubles; access to one of the king size rooms is via another bedroom and has a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom. There is also a garage for storage of cycles.

There are excellent walking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity, but if you want to venture further afield, you can spend the day exploring the bustling town of Shrewsbury or Owestry, stroll along the forest tracks and take in the spectacular lake views or enjoy a bite to eat at a local hotel. Visit medieval Powis Castle and Gardens. Llanrhaeadr waterfall, one of the seven wonders of Wales, is half an hour’s drive away, and you can get to the beautiful coastal towns of Barmouth or Aberdyfi in just over an hour. Hende is in an ideal location for a spot of relaxing or sightseeing whatever the time of year.
