The Studio At Westfield

The village centre is a short walk away. There are a couple of pubs, cafés and shops, all about five minutes on foot. You can park on site.
The location is the main thing. You're right on the edge of the Northumberland National Park. It's a Dark Sky Park, so the stars at night are very clear if it's not cloudy. Kielder Water & Forest Park is close by for walking or cycling.
For a day out, the Northumberland coast is under an hour's drive. That's where the big castles like Bamburgh and Alnwick are, along with the beaches. Otterburn is about nine miles away and has a mill shop. If you fancy popping into Scotland, the border at Carter Bar is about eighteen miles.
Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a cot available if you need it.
