Ty Nant is in Lower Chapel. It's a single-story lodge on a working sheep farm. It's just you and one other identical lodge nearby, both on the ground floor. The views are really open, straight out over the fields towards the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains.
It sleeps two in one bedroom. There's a double sofa bed in the living area as well, so you could fit a couple of kids if you needed to. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well set up. The entrance and the inside are all accessible if you use a wheelchair.
Outside, there's a deck with your own hot tub. You can sit in it and look at the sky. It's very quiet.
You can walk straight from the door onto the farm tracks and into the hills. For a proper day out, Brecon is about six miles away. There's a cathedral, a theatre, and the canal for barge trips. The Brecon Beacons National Park authority website has all the walking and cycling routes. The National Trust looks after a few places nearby too, like Brecon Cathedral.
Inside it's open plan. Living area, kitchen, and dining space all in one room. There's a 28-inch smart TV. The kitchen has what you need. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and parking right outside.
No pets, sorry. The other lodge can be booked at the same time if you're coming with another group.
