Tyncoed

Tyncoed is in Lower Chapel, about six miles north of Brecon. It's one of two lodges on our working sheep farm. It's a detached, single-storey place, so all on the ground floor.

It's an open-plan layout, sleeps two. One bedroom area, one bathroom with a shower. Being on a farm, you're surrounded by fields and get a clear view of the sky. It's a working farm, so there are sheep around, and sometimes you'll see us moving them.

The main room has a sofa bed and a table with chairs. There's a smart TV. Outside the front there's a decked area with its own private hot tub.

You're just north of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The walking is good right from the door, with views of the Beacons and the Black Mountains. Brecon is a twenty minute drive. It's a proper market town with a cathedral, a theatre, and the Regimental Museum. You can go on the canal there too.

Facilities are straightforward. WiFi, parking, bedding and towels are included. The entrance is level, so it's accessible. There's no bath, just the shower. No pets, sorry.

If you're looking for other things to do, Visit Wales has good information. The other lodge can be booked at the same time if you're coming with more people.
