Rhona's Cottage is in Abergavenny. It's a terraced house, so you've got neighbours each side. It's about a ten minute walk into the town centre.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms: two doubles and a room with bunk beds. One bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious.
The main room downstairs is open plan. There's a wood burner in the living area. The kitchen has what you'd need: dishwasher, washing machine. There's a small patio garden out the back.
You can bring two dogs. There's no extra charge for them. We provide a cot, highchair, and a stairgate if you need them.
Abergavenny has the usual shops, cafes, and pubs. The food festival is in September if your dates line up. For a good walk, you can go straight up the Sugar Loaf from the town. The view from the top is worth it.
The Sugar Loaf and Usk Valley area is National Trust. The Brecon Beacons National Park is about eighteen miles away. Pen y Fan is there if you want a bigger hike. Monmouth is the same distance the other way, for a bit of history.
Facilities are all listed. Bedding and towels are included. The WiFi usually works.
