Tegfan

This is Tegfan. It's a bungalow in Llangenny village. All on one level, which is good if you don't want stairs. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is a walk-in wet room.

The main thing is the view. You look straight out at the Black Mountains from the conservatory and the living room. The garden is a good size and enclosed.

It's a 4 Star place. It's warm and well looked after. The owner lives nearby if you need anything. There's parking right there.

The village has a pub that does food about five minutes walk away. The nearest shop is in Crickhowell, a couple of miles down the road. Crickhowell is nice. It's got proper local shops and a few places to eat. The castle ruins are there.

For walking, you're right on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. You can walk from the door. The River Usk and the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal are close by for easier strolls. The Brecon Beacons National Park site has all the maps and route ideas.

Within half an hour you can drive to the Big Pit coal museum in Blaenavon, which is a National Trust site. The show caves at Dan-yr-Ogof are about the same distance. Abergavenny and Brecon are both easy to get to.

Facilities: it's got WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ and bike storage. You can bring up to three dogs.
