It's called Burns Cottage and it's in Lewiston, a few minutes outside Drumnadrochit on Loch Ness. It's a single storey place, one of the old stone steadings they've done up. It's detached, so you've got your own space.
It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. They've made it nice and comfortable inside. It's all on the ground floor, which is handy.
You're on the edge of the village. There's an ancient woodland path that leads right down to the shore of Loch Ness, maybe a ten minute walk. You can't see the loch from the cottage itself, but getting to it is easy.
In the village, there's a shop about half a mile away. A decent pub that does food is about 200 yards from the cottage. There are more pubs and places to eat a short walk further on in Drumnadrochit.
You're well placed for the usual things here. Urquhart Castle is a couple of miles up the road. Inverness is about twelve miles for bigger shops. If you want to go walking, Glen Affric is within half an hour's drive and it's spectacular. You can drive to the Moray Firth in under an hour to look for dolphins.
For the cottage itself: it's got a patio and garden with a BBQ. There's parking right there. Inside there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a shower. You can store bicycles. There's local fishing on the loch.
