Kirkview Cottage is in Upper Largo, a quiet village in Fife. It's a semi-detached cottage on a little lane, with its own garden. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
There's one bathroom with a shower. The place has a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's got a wood burning stove in the living room for cooler evenings. The garden is enclosed and has some herbs growing in it.
The village hotel with a bar and restaurant is about 200 yards away. Lower Largo beach, which is sandy, is about a mile down the hill. You can get to the Fife Coastal Path from the cottage. There's a bus stop nearby if you want to walk a section and get the coast bus back.
Anstruther is a short drive along the coast. It's a busy harbour town with good places to eat, from fish and chips to fancier restaurants. Boat trips to the Isle of May for seeing puffins and seals run from there in the warmer months.
Golf is a big thing here. Lundin Links has a good local course, and St Andrews is about twelve miles away. For history, Kellie Castle is worth a visit. There are other castles and distilleries like Kingsbarns within a half hour drive.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
