This place is Pipistrelle. It's in Beulah, which is a village in Mid Wales. It's a converted coach house in our garden. It's detached, so you get privacy.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been recently done up very well. It's clean and comfortable.
Downstairs is open plan, with a kitchen, living and dining area. There's a wood burning stove. The doors open onto a decked area that looks out over the fields. It's a quiet spot.
You're about a mile from the village shop and pub. Builth Wells is eight miles away. That's a proper market town with banks, supermarkets, and a few places to eat.
The Elan Valley is about ten miles west. It's good for a drive or a walk, lots of water and dams. Hay-on-Wye is roughly half an hour by car if you like books. The Royal Welsh Showground is in Builth if there's an event on when you're here.
For facilities: there's parking right by the cottage, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring two dogs. Bedding and towels are included.
