Pipistrelle
This is Pipistrelle. It's a converted coach house in Beulah, which is in Mid Wales. It's detached, in our own grounds, so it's quiet. It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom, and it's got a 5 Star rating.
It's done up to a good standard. The living space is all open plan downstairs, so it feels quite spacious for two. There's a wood burner, which is good when it's cold. The bedroom's upstairs with a king size bed and the bathroom's en-suite. The water pressure is fine.
Outside, there's a decked area with some chairs. It looks straight out over fields. You get the sun in the evening.
It's about a mile to the nearest shop and a pub. The pub does food. Builth Wells is eight miles away. That's a proper market town with shops and a few places to eat. The Royal Welsh Showground is there if there's an event on.
The Elan Valley is about ten miles. It's good for a drive or a walk. The roads are quiet. Elan Valley Trust has maps. Hay-on-Wye is maybe half an hour by car.
There's parking right by the cottage. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a stairgate fitted.
