Abercyros Cottage is in Llangammarch Wells. It's a detached place, so no neighbours through the walls. It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is handy with that many people.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, but not a show home. The garden is big and fully enclosed. There's a patio with a BBQ. Parking is on site.
In terms of stuff, it has the basics: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but I'd suggest getting in touch for specifics as the layout inside is on one level except for one step into the living area.
The village is quiet. There's a shop about five minutes' walk away. The Epynt Way walking route starts right by the property gate. The views from up there are very good.
Builth Wells is about a fifteen minute drive. It's a proper town with shops, pubs, and places to eat. The Royal Welsh Showground is there. For a treat, the Lake Country House Hotel is just outside the village. You can book for afternoon tea or use their spa if you want.
The Brecon Beacons are about half an hour away by car. You can get to Hay-on-Wye in under forty minutes if you like books. Elan Valley is a similar drive for reservoirs and driving routes.
