North Farm Bungalow is a detached bungalow in Horsley. It's on a quiet lane off the main village. The garden is large and private, and you get good views over the fields.
It sleeps four. Two decent-sized bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, with everything you need. The layout is all on one level, which is useful. We accept one well-behaved dog.
The village pub is about a three-minute walk down the lane. They're friendly and do food. The local shop is in the next village, about two and a half miles away by car.
If you like walking, you can pick up the path to Hadrian's Wall right from the front door. For a day out, Hexham is about twelve miles away. It's a nice market town with an abbey. Corbridge is closer, just a few minutes' drive, and has some good pubs and little shops. Newcastle is eleven miles away if you want a city trip.
You're well placed for getting around. The A69 is easy to reach for going along the Tyne Valley or across to the coast. The Northumberland Heritage Coast, with all its beaches and castles, is within a half hour drive. Kielder Water and Forest is also about a forty-minute drive through the countryside.
In terms of what's here: there's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. All bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive. The garden has furniture so you can sit out.
