Lyndon Cottage

This traditional fisherman’s cottage has been renovated to a good standard, situated on the Loughor Estuary with fabulous views over the ocean and the Gower Peninsula. Watch the ebb and flow of tides and the alluring sunrise and sunsets on the marvellous balcony from the master bedroom. There is a great enclosed garden and raised terrace so that sunny evenings can be spent watching the tides. Located in the village of Penclawdd, renowned for its seafood and cockles, this property is within walking distance for all local amenities, with a supermarket, plenty of restaurants, take-away outlets and two pubs.
There is so much to offer in this area and some fabulous beaches to visit, Llangennith Bay is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the property, the bay faces into the Atlantic and is a mecca for surfing and watersports. Rhossili and Worms head are worth visiting and are just a 15-minute drive from the property, take yourselves out over Worms Head and look at the fabulous views. Lyndon Cottage is a great property for those wanting to walk in the area or see the local wildlife. Beach 8½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
