Dalbeathie Cottage is on our family estate near Dunkeld. It's a detached house, so you're on your own. You get your own garden too.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's comfortable. The stairs are spiral and a bit steep, just so you know.
The cottage is on eight acres of grounds. There are lawns and woods you can walk in. A gate from our land leads straight down to the River Tay. You can fish there if you have a permit.
Dunkeld is about two and a half miles away. It's a nice old town. There are a couple of good places to eat and some shops. You'll find everything you need there.
From here you can get into the Highlands quite easily. Pitlochry is about a twenty minute drive north. Perth is about half an hour south if you need a bigger supermarket or the cinema.
For facilities: there's a wood burning stove, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
