Heather Croft is our place in Dunkeld. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one floor which is handy for some. It's detached, in a quiet bit of woodland. You'll see roe deer around.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not luxurious. We put in a lot of windows so you get good views out to the trees and fields.
You're about two and a half miles from Dunkeld village. There are shops and a couple of pubs there. Birnam is just next to it, with the Beatrix Potter exhibition and nice walks by the Tay river.
The property is good for getting out. There are walks right from the door. You can cycle on the forest tracks. There's an 18-hole golf course about a mile and a half away, next to the Loch of Lowes wildlife reserve.
Inside, it's got a woodburning stove for cooler nights. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. TV, wi-fi. Your own garden with a patio. Parking right there. We include the bedding and towels. You can bring up to two dogs.
