The But N' Ben
The But N' Ben is just over two miles from Dunkeld. It's a converted barn, so it's one big open space downstairs. It's for two people only.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. Because it's all on one level, and the entrance is level too, it's good if you have mobility issues. The shower is a walk-in one.
You get your own little patio with a table and chairs. The property is in a quiet spot with trees around. You'll often see roe deer out the window.
Dunkeld village is where you'll find shops, a couple of pubs, and the cathedral. There's a footpath along the River Tay. Birnam is right next door, which has the Beatrix Potter exhibition if that's of interest.
The Loch of Lowes Wildlife Reserve is about a mile and a half away. You can see ospreys there from a hide. There's a golf course next to it.
The area is good for walking and cycling. You can get straight onto paths from the property. Fishing is available locally if you organise it.
In the cottage you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
