Osprey Cottage is in Dunkeld. It's a wooden cabin, part of a small group of three in a quiet bit of woodland. You'll see roe deer around. It's peaceful, but only about two and a half miles from the village.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main thing is it's comfortable and well looked after. The living area is upstairs. The floors are polished wood with rugs. The bedrooms are downstairs, which feels cosy.
Dunkeld village has shops, a couple of pubs, and the cathedral. Birnam is right next door, which has the Beatrix Potter exhibition and nice walks along the River Tay. The golf course is about a mile and a half away, right next to the Loch of Lowes wildlife reserve. You can see ospreys there sometimes.
You can walk straight into the forest from the cottage. There are cycle tracks too. Fishing is available locally if that's your thing.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and a garden with a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two pets. Parking is right there.
