The Cottage Bankfoot

The Cottage is in Bankfoot, Perthshire. It’s detached, old, and sits in our garden, but you wouldn’t know we’re here. You get full privacy and your own garden space. It's down a rough track, so your car will get a bit dusty. The views are just fields and trees.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. Because it’s old, the ceilings are low in places. You might need to duck a bit.

You can bring one dog. The garden is enclosed, but check the fencing is tall enough for your dog before you book.

There’s a shop and a pub about a mile and a half away. Perth is ten miles for bigger shops, cafes, and the cinema. The River Tay is close if you’re into fishing.

For days out, Gleneagles is about half an hour away. St Andrews, Edinburgh, and Glasgow are roughly an hour's drive. The Perthshire countryside is right here for walking or cycling.

Inside, it’s open plan. There’s a wood burner, we’ll leave you some logs. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot if you need it. Parking is right outside the cottage.
