Dalvanie Mill
Dalvanie Mill is on our farm at the top of Glenisla. It's a detached stone cottage. You can't see another house from it, just fields and hills.
It sleeps six. There are four bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not posh.
The cottage is on a working farm with sheep. The garden is enclosed. It's a good spot if you like walking straight from the door. The Cairngorms National Park is on the doorstep.
The local pub is about seven miles away in Kirkton of Glenisla. They do food. The nearest shop is about the same distance.
For skiing, the Glenshee slopes are eight miles away. There's local fishing and riding. Golf at Alyth is sixteen miles. Pitlochry is about thirty-five miles, for the theatre and the fish ladder. You can be in Braemar or Blairgowrie in half an hour.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove. We've left a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate there if you need them. Bedding is included. There's a dishwasher and washing machine. Parking is right outside.
You can bring up to three dogs. We ask that you keep them downstairs.
