This is Harbord House in Colton, near Norwich. It's a detached place, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps. The stairs are normal, not a spiral staircase or anything. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is downstairs, which is useful if you don't want to use the stairs.
The main thing inside is the conservatory. It's big, gets the sun, and opens out onto the patio. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs and kids. There's a private hot tub out there too.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's nice, well kitted out. It has things like a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
You're allowed two dogs. We also provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The village pub is about a ten minute walk away. They do food. There's a farm shop a mile away for basics.
Norwich is about a 20 minute drive. It's a proper city with shops, a castle, a cathedral, and restaurants. For the Broads, you'd drive to Wroxham, which is also about 20 minutes. You can hire boats there to go out on the water.
The north Norfolk coast is a bit further, maybe 50 minutes. That's where you get the big beaches, like Holkham, and the seal trips from Blakeney. Places like Sheringham and Cromer are there too, with piers and all that. If you like stately homes, you've got Blickling Hall and Felbrigg nearby.
